A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking, and the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. For travel booked less than 30 days in advance, the balance is due 48 hours prior to departure.
Cancellations must be received in writing. The following forfeitures apply when you choose to explore with us:
+90 Days prior to trip departure: 0-25% of the total booking cost
90-46 Days prior to trip departure: 50% of the total booking cost
45-32 Days prior to trip departure: 75% of the total booking cost
31 days or less prior to trip departure: 100% of the total booking cost
If a client fails to join a booked tour or leaves prior to its completion, no refund will be given unless by prior arrangement. We strive to provide exceptional travel experiences, so please consider these policies carefully.
Deep South Tours, along with their tour operators, reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of passengers is not met. In such cases, all monies and deposits received will be refunded. This constitutes the full extent of the company's liability. We encourage you to explore with us, but please note that refunds or compensation will not be provided if we are forced to cancel or change the trip in any way due to force majeure. This includes circumstances such as war, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, or any other external factors beyond our control that might affect your travel experiences.
No employee or representative of Deep South Tours or their contracted tour operators has the right to alter or vary any terms and conditions, or to undertake any liability of any kind on behalf of Deep South Tours, unless in writing and signed by the Director of Deep South Tours or the contracted tour operator. When you explore with us, you can trust that your travel experiences are governed by these terms.
Travel and cancellation is imperative for all clients who wish to explore with us. Before joining a tour, clients must arrange their own insurance with a reputable insurer, which covers the duration of the tour for travel experiences related to personal injury and medical emergencies.
